When we started Fit To Hunt back in December of 2014, we really weren’t sure what this business would look like. All we knew was that as outdoorsman, personal trainers, family men and fitness nuts, we had to combine these passions because it would allow us to live a life that would let us serve others and get us in the outdoors more often.
We knew we would personal train clients to prepare for their outdoor adventures and we knew that we wanted to offer high quality products to compliment the fitness services we provided. Items like t-shirts, hats, nutritional supplements and other things that would sport our logo and philosophy to grow the Fit To Hunt Tribe. We explored television. What we quickly learned is the outdoor industry with regards to hosting a television show wasn’t what most think it is. And as a part time venture, the door was shut on that idea. Or was it? He didn’t once try to hide the fact his videos were not television studio quality and in fact, reveled in the idea that it wasn’t about lighting or sound. It was about him getting his knowledge, motivation and inspiration into the hands of people whom he could help. One afternoon I was sitting around pondering something cool we could add to the How many of these will we produce? That depends on us. The quality may be low but the experience is real. We might have 12 episodes in 2016 or we might have three. The point is to create content that is informative, entertaining and motivating; content that will enhance your performance and costs you nothing in the process other than a few moments of your time.
As we produce more episodes we will look to bring more experiences from the outdoors such as deer, duck and turkey hunting and combine them with fitness, nutrition and performance concepts that will enhance your own outdoor pursuits. We will bring in experts from both our pro staff and the outdoor community to expand upon our own knowledge base and give you access to some of the most colorful personalities we have had the pleasure of interacting with over the years in both the fitness and outdoor So sit back, play the link above and enjoy.
